Find yourself cooking up a storm? At this point in time we could all use some recipes that go the distance. And the Portuguese have us covered! Most of these dishes can be made from a run to just about any supermarket and many can be frozen. All recipes are easily doubled or tripled. So pop a cork and enjoy!
