New! Quevedo White Port
Regular price $23.00
A wonderful white Port made by winemaker Claudia Quevedo of the Quevedo family. Quevedo is part of a new generation of small family wineries based in the Douro. Since the 1700s these families were growing grapes, and making Port wine, for Port merchants based in Vila Nova de Gaia who would buy the grapes/juice, and bottle the wine under their label. When Portugal joined the EU in 1986, legislation changed to allow growers to export their wines directly - as a result the family brand “Quevedo” was born.
