Quinta do Romeu olive oil comes a family run organic farm established in 1874 in the Trás-os-Montes region in Portugal's north east. Quinta do Romeu was Portugal's second ever certified organic farm - absolutely no chemicals are used in the processing of its olive oil, making for a rich, buttery and pure texture and flavor.
Three olive varietals indigenous to this micro region make up this beautiful olive orchard - Cobrançosa, Verdeal Transmontana and Madural. Olives are manually crushed on a granite mill. Enjoy!
